So far so good with my entry to Matcha. Azayaka ceremonial blend seems to be really good for new comers like myself. Enough flavor to know what your drinking and not overpowering when your taste buds haven’t fully developed yet. Texture is fine, quality is fresh and green, getting good servings from the 50g size. Drinking Usucha and sometimes in latte with 4 ingredient oatmilk.

Hands down the best matcha I’ve ever tried! The powder has this stunning vibrant green color. It’s creamy and whisks really well.

The flavor is incredible — no bitter aftertaste, just perfectly smooth.

Perfect for lattes or ceremonial tea with just water.

The taste smooth and slightly sweet and a little aromatic which is very delightful. It’s not as grainy as other matchas. I also added it to ice cream to make a matcha affogato, and this one is really good for that.

Really happy with this matcha. The color is beautiful and it has a nice smooth taste. I mostly drink it traditionally and it’s been great so far.

I’ve tried quite a few ceremonial matchas, and this one is definitely one of my favorites. Smooth, good umami, and not too sweet. I usually drink it on its own.
