J’utilise ce chasen en bambou depuis deux semaines et il est devenu mon indispensable pour préparer le matcha. Le bambou est robuste et léger à la fois ; aucune écharde, ce qui était ma crainte pour un article fait main. Les dents sont régulièrement espacées, ce qui permet d’obtenir un matcha onctueux et mousseux, sans grumeaux (bien mieux qu’avec mon ancien fouet en métal). Seul petit bémol : il faut le rincer délicatement (le laisser sécher à l’air libre immédiatement, sans le faire tremper !), mais c’est normal pour les ustensiles en bambou. Un excellent investissement pour une expérience matcha authentique.
