This is a perfect matcha for me and my customers, though I use it for food and smoothies, not hot tea- though I’m sure it would be great as such. My brand (www.drmakssuperfoods.com) uses it and various other dolce ingredients for overnight oats. I get great stable morning energy from it without jitters. Thanks for providing a great product at a great price.
First time ordering with them, but seem their business sources from decent places and practices business well. Not overpriced, but product seems good based on their business information.
After trying several brands, this one is by far my favorite. Highly recommended
This little café is my new daily go-to coffee shop. The branding centered around bow ties is adorable and memorable, great for casual photos. All baked goods are made fresh in-house—their chocolate croissant is flaky and buttery. I often stop by for a morning coffee before work; drinks are well-priced, and they offer oat, almond and soy milk alternatives for free. Staff never rush you out, so I can stay for hours to finish my work. A wonderful local hidden gem worth visiting repeatedly.
Brought my family to The Bow Tie Café for breakfast, and everyone loved it. The breakfast burrito is hearty and full of fillings, the hot mocha is creamy and chocolatey. The space is clean, with plenty of seating for small groups. Dog-friendly outdoor seating is a huge plus for pet owners like me. The whole vibe feels warm and welcoming, not noisy or overcrowded. We will definitely come back for weekend meals regularly.
The Bow Tie Café has an amazing aesthetic and high-quality espresso drinks, but it gets extremely crowded on Saturday and Sunday mornings. You might wait 10–15 minutes to grab an indoor seat. Their lunch wraps taste fresh, but some dishes lack enough seasoning. Service slows down a lot during brunch rush hours. Still a nice spot if you come on weekdays.
The matcha quality is fine, but the minimum bulk order is a little high for our tiny café during off-season slow months. We can’t order tiny batches to cut inventory cost, had to stock more powder than we needed once and some lost freshness after months of storage. Good for mid-large cafes, less friendly for small shop low-demand periods.
We run The Bow Tie Café and switched our matcha supplier to this brand half a year ago, total game changer! The ceremonial grade matcha powder is vibrant green, no dull yellow tint, zero bitter gritty taste. Our matcha latte and matcha desserts sell way better now, guests keep commenting how smooth and rich the tea flavor is. Wholesale prices are stable, minimum order quantity is friendly for small cafes, shipments arrive fast and well sealed to avoid oxidation. The account manager replies super quick whenever we need to adjust stock or ask about blending ratios. Will stick with this supplier long term 100%.
Sample service saved us so much trial-and-error cost. We tested 3 grades free before placing our first large order.
